Rick Frost. Kenpo Instructor Mr. Frost has been a member of Tiger & Dragon (T&D) Kenpo Karate since 1974. He has trained under such notable instructors as John Webb, Tom Dunne, and Bart Vale; and has taught classes for them at their respective schools. Mr. Frost brings a wealth of training & experience to the kenpo karate program and is a welcomed addition to the staff. He is also the owner of Evergreen Sprinkler System (established 1970).
